Our good friends from Baldor will be brining an array of smoked fish and speaking to the products attraction, availability and shelf-life.
We will be sharing the bubbly with a very special guest, Laura Williamson, Master Sommelier who will be joining us to speak. Laura is one of only 180 Master Sommeliers in the country and one of only 35 women master sommeliers worldwide. She is in high demand but delighted to take a few hours out of her schedule to share her expertise with the Connecticut Club Professionals.
