Club Benchmarking analysis of annual data from more than 1,000 clubs over the last decade clearly shows that the breadth of services and amenities a club offers has a significant impact on the number of members who belong and on the club's initiation fee. Non-golf sports (or non-yacht/non-dining amenities) play a critical role in a club's overall financial health. 

In this CSFA education series, Ray Cronin, Founder & Chief Innovator of Club Benchmarking, will introduce Health and Wellness Club Professionals to the overall impact of their operations on a club's overall financial outcomes. By exploring key concepts of club finance, attendees will learn about the data-driven approach to developing budgets that impact the member experience.

The data and concepts presented during this series will allow Health/Wellness department leaders to gain a firm grasp of the financial aspect of their department while also introducing participants in the session to concepts their committee members should understand; the main concept being we don't want to "spend less."
