imgRoy Estate was established in 1999 by Founding Vintners Shirley and Charles Roy and today is overseen by Proprietors Stéphan Crétier and Stéphany Maillery. Located in southeastern Napa Valley, in the foothills of the Vaca Mountains, Roy Estate produces three world-class, highly allocated Grands Crus: the Roy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, the Roy Estate Mr. Evans Proprietary Red and the Roy Estate La Rêveuse, with a total annual production below 1,500 cases.

 

Bryan Zupon | Estate Director & Presenter

Bryan Zupon is Estate Director & General Manager of Roy Estate located in Napa, California. In this role, Bryan is responsible for the ongoing stewardship of Roy Estate, working closely with longtime winemaker Philippe Melka.

Before joining the team at Roy Estate in early 2018, Bryan held senior management and business development positions at some of the finest restaurants in the United States, including Momofuku in New York City and Quince in San Francisco, the latter the recipient of three Michelin stars. Bryan has worked extensively in the Napa Valley developing guest experiences at Oakville Grocery, PRESS Restaurant, Rudd Oakville Estate and many more of the region's most iconic destinations.

In addition to his deep experience in hospitality, Bryan launched the luxury food and wine ecommerce marketplace Gilt Taste and was also a consultant at McKinsey & Co., regularly serving the world's most respected food and beverage brands.

Bryan holds degrees in Economics, History and Business from Duke University.
